A bar with two thin layers of dark chocolate (sweetened only with dates), filled with a divine cream made from lightly salted and roasted pistachios. Each bar weighs 85g. Simply dizzyingly good. Two layers of dark chocolate encase a rich layer of pure pistachio butter. For this, we use the world's finest pistachios from Italy. We lightly salt the butter to bring out the pistachio flavor even more. Overall, it's not too sweet, but rather tart and nutty. The sweetness comes solely from very finely ground dates. You won't taste them, but this way you get better nutritional value while indulging.
