Between two thin layers of dark chocolate, there is an extra thick layer of pure pistachio paste. For the filling, we use high-quality pistachios from Italy, which are gently roasted and lightly salted. This brings out their natural flavor even more.

The chocolate itself is sweetened only with finely ground dates – completely without refined sugar. This provides a pleasant, natural sweetness, while the bar overall remains rather tart, intense, and nutty.
