What size should I buy?

If you're unsure which size is right for you, please refer to our size chart. It's located next to the available sizes for each of our products.

Why am I not receiving a confirmation email?

You may have entered an invalid e-mail address when registering.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand, and we change our minds too! Although we wish we could, we are currently unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We hope to offer a cancellation option someday. If the items don't work for you, please be sure to exchange them for a preferred style or return them for a refund.

Will my personal information be treated confidentially?

Your personal data is transmitted using SSL encryption during the ordering process. We strictly adhere to data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our privacy policy .

To order on account, a valid account with the respective payment provider is required.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

Yes, we ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout. You can find more information under Shipping and Payment .

Can I check where my package is?

Generally, you will receive the tracking code or shipment number for your shipment with the shipping confirmation. You can use this to check the delivery status of your order with DHL.

What are the shipping costs for me?

Our flat-rate shipping costs are based on the order value and are charged once per order. Any subsequent deliveries are free of shipping costs. See Shipping and Payment for more information on shipping costs.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

FILOTIMO ships on weekdays from Monday to Friday using DHL, DHL GoGreen and Deutsche Post.
The delivery time is stated in the item description.
Delivery time is extended when paying in advance.
For advance payments, shipping will only take place after actual receipt of payment.
The stated delivery time refers to deliveries to Germany.
International shipping takes longer depending on the destination country. For shipments to Austria, the delivery time increases by one business day, and for shipments to Switzerland by two business days.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return my order?

1. Please fill out the enclosed return slip completely and place it in the package.
2. Send the package back to us. You will find the address on the return slip.

The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Please note that processing returns can take up to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.

How do I get my money back?

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.

When will I get my money back?

After your return has arrived with us and we have checked it.

If I don't like an item, can I return it?

Of course, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days.

Please note the following details:

  • Please always return purchased items with the attached label; otherwise, no refund will be issued.

  • Please enclose the completed return slip with your return shipment.

  • Please use the original product packaging for returns, if possible. For environmental reasons, we try to reuse as much shipping packaging as possible.
