Origanum vulgare spp. Hirtum, also known as "Greek Oregano" or "Greek Oregano", is known for its high proportion of essential oils (an analysis of the components can be seen in the product images) and is therefore very intense than other varieties. Every summer I harvest the best shoots by hand and then prune them mechanically. The unique climate and altitude in the national park ensure the ideal growing conditions. Oregano is an essential part of our kitchen and indispensable for Greek salads, stews, meze and co.
