We currently deliver exclusively to the following countries:

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping within Germany

Delivery time: approx. 2–4 business days
Shipping costs: €6.95 per order

Free pickup at the FILOTIMO Boutique Freiburg.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification from us.

Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Delivery time: approx. 2–7 business days
Shipping costs: €26.99 per order

Upon import, additional customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees may apply. These are not included in the displayed total price and will be separately collected from the recipient by the parcel service provider.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

General Information on Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer, the above-mentioned delivery times apply from the conclusion of the contract. In case of agreed advance payment, the delivery period begins after receipt of your payment.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will generally send the order in a single shipment. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time, unless a different agreement has been made with you.

Returns and Refunds

You bear the direct costs of returning goods yourself.

This does not apply to justified complaints due to faulty or incorrectly delivered goods. In such a case, please contact us before returning the goods.
